Institutional Support to 4 Water Utilities in Serbia, KfW financed, 2006 – 2009
Due to poor commercial and operational efficiency, the Water and Sewerage Utilities of Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac and Belgrade suffer of high levels of non revenue water and therefore unsatisfactory cost recovery. The two main objectives of this consultancy project are to improve asset management and strengthen the financial performance of the four water utilities. The services include:
