5 years Management Contract funded by the World Bank in 4 cities with a total population of around 650.000.

Task

_ Strengthening of the capability of the water utilities, the operations management and the administrative control
_ To develop, implement and improve: the general, the commercial and the financial management of the 4 utilities, the customer services and the customer relation, the efficiency of revenue collection, the tariff policy and tariff setting, the water and wastewater services to the consumers, the general operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems and the efficiency of water production, transmission and distribution, the wastewater collection, transmission and disposal.
