Management Strategies

Our experts in the field of operational consultancy create long-term management strategies for water utilities in developing countries and countries in transformation that have received technical and financial assistance from international donor agencies (e.g. World Bank, EBRD, ADB, KfW, GTZ, etc.). In addition to the provided infrastructure investments, we assist them to establish long term sustainable and efficient operation strategies. We also evaluate investment needs with respect to reconstruction and rehabilitation of water sector infrastructure.
